Privacy & Data

Honest results without trading away your privacy. Private by design — we act as a secure proxy between you and AI providers.

What we collect

  • Account data. Email address and login state (via one-time sign-in code). No passwords are stored.
  • Assessment data. Your intake responses, DISC profile, Challenger profile, NC readiness grade, and behavioral traits.
  • App inputs & outputs. Deal analyses, buyer reads, mentor chat messages, and generated reports — so your history and profile persist.
  • Subscription status. Plan type and billing state. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers.
  • Operational logs. Minimal request data for reliability and abuse prevention. No ad pixels or tracking scripts.

How we use it

  • To provide features you request (deal analysis, sales profile, buyer reads, mentor chat).
  • To personalize your experience — your DISC profile and traits make analyses and coaching more relevant to how you sell.
  • To track your trait progression over time (10 behavioral traits, updated as you use the platform).
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
  • To handle subscriptions and receipts through Stripe.

What we don't do

  • No data selling — ever.
  • No third-party ad trackers or analytics pixels.
  • No affiliate bias — we don't recommend products or lenders for kickbacks.
  • No AI training — your data is not used to train third-party AI models.
  • No data sharing with ad networks, brokerages, or builders.

Security

  • Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
  • Row-level security (RLS) ensures only you can access your data.
  • API endpoints verify user ownership before returning data.
  • AI models receive only the context needed for your request — never your identity or billing details.
  • Sign-in codes expire after one hour and can only be used once.

Retention & control

  • Your content (messages, analyses, reports, trait history) is kept so your profile and history persist across sessions.
  • Operational logs are retained briefly for reliability, then purged.
  • Billing data is retained by Stripe per their policies.
