NewBuilt AI is direct on purpose — but direct doesn't mean reckless. Here's how we keep it responsible.

What NewBuilt AI is

  • A decision-support tool for new construction real estate agents. It names tradeoffs, costs, and blind spots you might be avoiding.
  • It is not a licensed broker, attorney, lender, or CPA. It does not replace professional advice for real estate transactions.
  • Always verify numbers and consult qualified professionals before acting on any analysis.

How the AI works

  • You describe a situation. The AI analyzes it and returns judgment, math, and a recommended move.
  • Output quality depends on input quality — incomplete or inaccurate details will produce unreliable analysis.
  • The AI does not have access to MLS data, public records, or real-time market information. It works only with what you provide.

Content guardrails

  • Output is filtered for harmful content, illegal advice, and discriminatory language.
  • The AI is instructed to be direct, not cruel. It challenges your thinking without attacking you personally.
  • Fair housing: The AI does not consider or reference protected classes (race, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability) in any analysis.
  • If something gets through that shouldn't, report it to support@newbuilt.ai.

Your profile & traits

  • Your DISC and Challenger profiles are derived from your assessment responses. They describe selling tendencies, not personality judgments.
  • Trait tracking observes behavioral patterns in how you describe deals. It's a coaching tool, not an evaluation.
  • Profile data is used only to personalize your experience — it's never shared externally.
