The service

• NewBuilt AI provides AI-generated analysis of new construction real estate scenarios. It is not professional advice — legal, financial, or otherwise.
• Output is generated on-demand using AI models. We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.
• You should independently verify any numbers, calculations, or recommendations before acting on them.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts

• You need an account to use the platform. One account per person.
• You sign in with a one-time email code. Keep your email secure — it's your only login method.
• Don't share, resell, or automate the use of your account.

Free & paid plans

• Free tier: Includes your sales profile assessment, 5-section report, and 10 deal analyses per month. Free forever.
• AI Pro ($49/mo): Includes adaptive mentor chat, buyer read, trait tracking, unlimited analyses, and growth plans.
• You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds for partial months. You keep access until the period ends.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to harm others or break laws.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Don't submit content that is illegal, abusive, or violates others' rights.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Your content

• You own the scenarios, questions, and deal details you submit.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content in order to provide the service.
• We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties.

AI disclaimer

• NewBuilt AI is a tool, not a licensed professional. It does not replace your broker, attorney, lender, or CPA.
• All analysis is based on the information you provide. Incomplete or inaccurate inputs will produce unreliable outputs.
• Real estate transactions involve legal and financial risk. Always consult qualified professionals before making decisions.

Liability

• The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for decisions you make based on NewBuilt AI output.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
